Emily joined the PCI Security Standards Council in 2025. Prior to joining the PCI SSC, she established and lead the Merchant Risk Council’s (MRC) global education program. The MRC is a global trade organization for payment professionals focused on eCommerce payments and fraud prevention. Emily has a background designing, scaling and optimizing digital and instructor-led training programs as well as a history of strong leadership and business development. This experience combined with the work she has done in the payments industry provides a solid foundation for leading the Training team here at PCI.
