Chris Johnson is Director of Payments Security for Discover where he leads emerging payments protection, data security compliance and account data compromise investigations. Mr. Johnson represents Discover on the PCI Security Standards Council as a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Johnson has more than 15 years of experience in payments and cybersecurity with various roles including payments fraud monitoring, cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, digital forensics, and incident response. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from DePaul University.
