WAKEFIELD, Mass., 28 February, 2013— Today, the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), an open global forum for the development of payment card security standards, announced that Rob Tourt, chief risk management officer, payment services, Discover Network, will serve as chairperson of the PCI Security Standards Council for the 2013 term.
