Why You Should Attend the 2012 PCI Security Standards Council Asia Pacific Town Hall Meeting:
Securing payment card data is a global challenge that requires a global approach. With the help of active participation in the Asia Pacific region, the payments community will be able to ensure the PCI Standards remain the best defense against data compromise worldwide. Attendance at this one-day Town Hall Meeting is complimentary and open to all PCI stakeholders – from PCI Security Standards Council Participating Organizations and the assessment community to card brands and those interested in payment security. Any organization that works with payment card data is invited to join us.
The Council will share the latest information on PCI Standards, PCI programs and educational resources. This information includes the Council’s work in technology areas such as Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) and mobile payment acceptance security. The agenda also includes both networking and question-and-answer sessions allowing participants to interact and share best practices with the Council staff and each other.
